He is currently writing his Master’s thesis and preparing for his degree exam.

Administrative Law and Criminal Law Assistant. Sebastián is a senior assistant at CIDS, focused on the study of organizations such as the City Hall and the General Comptroller of the Republic of Chile, as well as the relationship between them. His interests are focused on the study of autonomous administrative agencies, decentralization, as well as Chilean and comparative administrative law.
